Best Chicago Stuffed Pizza in Niles | 15 Min from O'Hare | Old City Pizzeria & Sports Bar
Chicago-Style Pizza — Niles, IL
Niles' Best Chicago Deep Dish & Stuffed Pizza
Two layers of dough, cheese and toppings sealed inside, our homemade sauce on top. Chicago-style stuffed pizza on Golf Road in Niles — same recipe, same ovens, fifty-plus years in. Fifteen minutes from O'Hare, four from Park Ridge, five from Morton Grove. ½ off stuffed pizza every Wednesday.
Most pizza places call anything thick “deep dish.” Real Chicago stuffed pizza is structurally different: two layers of dough with cheese and toppings sealed between them, finished with our homemade sauce on top. You cut into it and the cheese pulls. It's the heaviest pour of cheese on the menu and the one we're proudest of.
We've been baking on this corner of Golf Road for over fifty years. Same kitchen, same ovens, same dough recipe in the same proofing room. If you ordered a stuffed pie here in 2005, you'd recognize what comes out of the oven today.

Deep dish, stuffed, or thin?
The three Chicago pizza styles aren't interchangeable. Here's the short version — pick what fits the night.
Deep Dish
One thick crust pressed into a deep pan. Cheese first, toppings next, sauce on top. Eaten with a fork.
Stuffed
Two layers of dough with cheese and toppings sealed between them. Sauce on top. Even taller than deep dish — invented in Chicago in 1971.
Stuffed pizza takes 35–45 minutes in the oven, every time. If you want one ready when you walk in, call ahead by 45 minutes. Pick up at the front, or have it delivered to Niles, Park Ridge, Morton Grove, Glenview, Skokie, Des Plaines, or the O'Hare/Rosemont hotel area.

Frequently asked questions
How long does stuffed pizza take to bake?
35 to 45 minutes. There's no shortcut — two layers of dough and a heavy pour of cheese need real oven time to cook through. Call (847) 824-8183 ahead by 45 minutes if you want one ready for pickup.
What's the difference between deep dish and stuffed pizza?
Deep dish has one thick crust pressed into a deep pan, with cheese, toppings, and sauce on top. Stuffed pizza has two layers of dough sealed around the fillings with sauce on top — even taller, even more filling. We make Chicago stuffed pizza.
Is Wednesday really half off?
Yes. ½ off all stuffed pizzas every Wednesday, dine-in or carryout. Call ahead and we'll have it ready — Wednesdays get busy.
Do you deliver Chicago stuffed pizza?
Yes. We deliver throughout Niles and the surrounding suburbs — Park Ridge, Morton Grove, Glenview, Skokie, Des Plaines — and to the O'Hare/Rosemont hotel area. Order online or call (847) 824-8183.
Are you the same place as Nancy's Pizza?
Same address, same kitchen, same Golf Road corner that's been a Niles pizza destination for over fifty years. We rebranded as Old City Pizzeria & Sports Bar — same recipes, same ovens, full bar now too.
Can I order stuffed pizza for a large group?
Yes. Each pie comes in 4, 6, 8, or 10 slice sizes — the 10-slice handles a small group on its own. For ten people or more, see our catering options.
What's the closest Chicago pizza to O'Hare?
We're 15 minutes from O'Hare via I-294 north. If you're at an airport hotel in Rosemont or Des Plaines and want real Chicago pizza instead of hotel-restaurant pizza, we deliver.
